Oh the faces she will make...

So remember when Haven was a newborn and made a ton of faces?  Well, she's 16 months old now and still making them!  Time for a mother-daughter photo shoot!

Bad Hair Day

This little girl of mine has decided to start putting food in her hair when she eats... so pretty much every day is a bad hair day.

First Dance Class!

So Haven has been to a gazillion dance classes with me by now, but this was our first one where she was actually one of the students and not just observing!  We attended a Tippi Toes Toddler & Me dance class and had SO much fun!!!  She is technically a couple months too young, but being the owner and everything I made an exception. :)  She loved dressing up in her dance outfit, checking herself out in the mirror, and showing off her moves that she's been observing her whole life!  She's particularly good at shaking her booty, giving herself a hug, and pointing her toe.  And any song that required us to pretend to go to sleep... she had that down too.  She loved going around the room and admiring the other little girls dancing as well.  We had such a blast and will go back again soon!  And thanks to Sarah and Megan for the precious outfit!!  :)

Soak Her Up

A couple of weeks ago there was laundry and dishes and email and bills and plenty of other things that needed to be done like always... but that day I only had one almost 16 month old, gorgeous weather, and some time for the park!  Obviously I chose to soak. her. up.

Kori's Wedding!

Two weekends ago one of my sweet pledge sister's got married in OKC.  My sister lives in Norman so we were able to stay the night at her place which meant Aunt Rissa got (not enough) Haven time!  The ceremony and reception were gorgeous, as was the bride, and I loved catching up with so many Theta girls!  I was not camera-prepared and filled up my memory card pretty early in the night... so you'll get some of those, the pics on my phone, and for the rest just click on over to Heidi's blog.  :)

I think we're ready for dance classes...

I think Haven has been to so many Tippi Toes dance classes with me that she is picking up on some moves!  I think we will be going to a Mommy and Me class very soon!  Please note her releve, plie, and bouree turn.  Also if you're a Tippi Toes fan, the "give yourself a hug" is in there too.  My goodness, this child is brilliant! ;)
